Processing Time

Each set of streamers is made to order, so please allow up to 3 business days for us to make and ship your item. If you have a rush order, please let us know and we'll try to accommodate. Custom orders for all streamers — bikes, trikes, or scooters — may take longer. We'll let you know individually.

Domestic Shipping

Most orders are shipped in a padded bubble mailer via USPS First-Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail. USPS First-Class Mail typically arrives within 3-4 business days, and USPS Priority Mail will arrive within 2-3 business days. 

International Shipping

Orders are shipped in a padded bubble mailer via USPS First-Class International Service. International shipping typically arrives within 1-3 weeks. Tracking is available, but accurate shipping estimates are not.  If you want to email us at, we can tell you the average shipping time to your country based on previous customer orders. (We wish there was a better, more affordable international shipping option available!)

Customs and Import Taxes

We are not responsible for delays due to Customs. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. You can check with your country's Customs Office to see if there will be added fees. 

UK Buyers: Please note that you will be responsible for paying the VAT and Royal Mail fees for goods totaling more than £15. If this applies to your order, please contact us at to confirm that you will accept these fees upon delivery. We will not ship any orders for £15+ until we receive your confirmation. If you have any questions about these charges, please let us know and we will be happy to help you.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to applicable orders as required.
